Bridget Jones is the kind of woman that everybody wants as a friend. She is single, kind, funny, self-confident, friend of her friends and very English.
The film starts when Bridget decided to write a diary about her life. She is working as a TV reporter in a well-known TV channel. She could do all kind of reporters: with firemen, in rural towns, flying in a plane, etc...she is an active TV reporter.
One day she falls in love. He is her boss. He is handsome, very good-looking but selfish with lots of women around him. Little by little he begins to know Bridget and they become like boyfriends. At first they relationship is perfect but it becomes worst.
At the same time she met another man. He is the opposite of her boss. He is a quite person with a very big heart inside him. He love Bridget a lot but she only has eyes for her lovely boss.
All the film is full of amazing situations ride by Bridget. It is full of funny gags plenty of an English humour sense. At the end Bridget realize that her authentic love is the second man not her boss but the film has a second part where the boss will fight for her.
